Refund Policy
 

At B There, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy. Please read below to understand how we handle refunds:


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The product delivered has errors in customization that were not caused by the customer.

  • The QR code does not function as promised, due to our technical fault.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after placing a custom order.

  • Mistakes in the content (text, photos, videos) submitted by the customer.

  • QR codes that do not work due to third-party hosting issues (e.g., deleted links from Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

  • Delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).


3. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us at hello@bthere.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9811450553 within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Our support team will assess the issue and get back to you within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • In case of replacement, we will recreate and ship your item at no extra cost.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account or UPI app.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times can vary.

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@bthere.in.
