Refund Policy
At B There, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy. Please read below to understand how we handle refunds:
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product.
The product delivered has errors in customization that were not caused by the customer.
The QR code does not function as promised, due to our technical fault.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Change of mind after placing a custom order.
Mistakes in the content (text, photos, videos) submitted by the customer.
QR codes that do not work due to third-party hosting issues (e.g., deleted links from Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
To request a refund or replacement:
Contact us at hello@bthere.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9811450553 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Our support team will assess the issue and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
In case of replacement, we will recreate and ship your item at no extra cost.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or UPI app.
Contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
